Including Pelvic Girdle Pain, pelvic floor muscle assessment, round ligament pain, back pain, leaking, prolapse, breech position, bladder and/or rectal incontinence and exercise.
Throughout a woman’s life, there are a number of things that can cause bladder leakage; pregnancy, menopause, physical stress, and even poor posture.
Did you know that painful sex is often caused by pelvic floor issues? It’s much more common than you think, and can effect women of all ages.
We firmly believe that every woman who has given birth should have a postpartum assessment just for her to uncover any bladder, digestive, muscular or postural issues.
Back pain, sports injuries, repetitive strain; all these issues can have a massive impact on your quality of life. We’re here to help.
We believe that the menopause and post-menopause should be a positive time in a woman’s life. Retraining and rehabilitating the pelvic floor you can alleviate many of the less desirable changes such as sexual dysfunction, incontinence and prolapse.
